specialized armadillo for mtb?

hi, just wondering if anyone has used the armadillo on mtb? i had a set of slicks for my road bike which were fantastic and after several punctures on the mtb recently was thinking of picking up something similar for offroad.thanks

yeah, was wondering about the tubeless lark. would need new wheels which isnt an option right now. plus what happens when a tubeless gets a puncture? do you have to repair the tyre itself? i know they are very popular right now but i reckon i will stick to the old setup at least until my wheels pack in.
