Webcam Trouble

My brother is having a spot of bother with the web cam, so maybe someone on here could help us out. He claims he can install the drivers, and use it, but as soon as he installs the software so he can make videos, the whole thing crashes. :confused:

Going to need more information.

Specs of the comp? OS? What type webcam? What is the webcam software?

Is the software compatible with the OS?
