    Hi all,

I was looking to buy a keyboard from a beginner to intermediate user and unfortunately I dont know much about the features etc!

Was thinking about this bundle deal from "Musicstore":

YAMAHA PSR E-213 COMPLETE inkl. Ständer+Bank+Kopf+Tasche - €170 plus shipping:
    http://www.musicstore.com/en_EN/IEP/_Bundle_-YAMAHA-PSR-E-213-COMPLETE-inkl.-Staender-Bank-Kopf-Tasche/art-KEY600

What do people think (ie is it a good deal, any issues with ordering from musicstore.com, any other better deals within the same price range)?

    Thanks in advance

I haven't shopped for keyboards in that price range lately so I don't know if there's better deals. It looks grand though. Yamaha are fairly dependable. Look on Thomann.de and see if there's anything comparable perhaps.

You're talking beginner there, not intermediate, though. Is keyboard playing the objective, or are you interesting in piano playing? For the latter, you might want to strongly consider something with weighted keys. You'll pay two or three times more though.

In either case, if you've never felt the difference between weighted / synth action, then I would suggest visiting a music store to try some keyboards before you make any decisions. But, in saying that, if €170 is your upper limit then I'd just buy that set for starters anyway.

    For €84.99 I'm thinking I can't have gone very wrong :)

    Hey Eoin,

Thanks for the info. Was browsing the interweb, and came accross a video on youtube demostrating the PSR E-213 and the PSR E-313. The PSR E-313 has touch sensitive keys, so think that keyboard might be way better for the increase in price. Wasnt planning on spending huge amounts of money as its for a xmas present.

What do you think of this:
