Need help with name of film...

    Its a horror and they are a young couple. Not sure when it was made, but in the last 10 years maybe. Set in Madrid, definitely Spanish language.

    They slowly realise things are not as they should be when they find their own items lying around the apartment they are viewing. The woman who owns the block is a nutter and has other inhabitents imprisoned in other rooms. She also has a maniac son and a couple of killer dogs.

    Any ideas? :confused:

    I found it guys, thanks anyway. It's called To Let and was a Tv movie.

    Oh, at least TV movie. Sorry for that, but the description sounded like something really stoopid :-)
