recieved x arcade joystick.help

i just recieved my x arcade joystick in the post and it seems to work fine straight out of the box apart from the joystick on the player one side,the buttons on that side work fine,and the player 2 side works fine both buttons an joytick,any suggestions?

Thats a pretty confusing way to put it... Are you saying the joystick for Player 1 doesn't work and everything else does?

Well it sounds like its dead on arrival. I would suggest contacting X-Arcade directly and see about a replacement. You could try and fix it yourself if your as it may be just some loose wires but that will screw up your warranty

i have one of these and something is coming back to me that there might me a mode switch at the back..

Just check this switch and see if anything changes.

i did the joystick test on the x arcade webside and everything works fine,thanks for both of ye for the input.

remember also you might have to map buttons in certain games, but generally I've seen them work out of the box

Any interest is selling it? I'd give you top coin if it's the one with the trackball in it..

why do they irk you? there fantastic joysticks,i love mine far more then i love my wife or kids.

roffol . youve convinced me i need to buy one. the one wwith the ball in the middle is the tank one isnt it ?

player one need numlock on for joystick as its mapped to numpad by default,
