    ah yeah fire him down, Ive loads of questions about toilet breaks when running for 24 hours, but should we give him a little break after his run in dante's inferno . Maybe start it Tuesday after his customary deep tournament run.

    Toilet breaks and puking breaks are one of my most facinating aspects of the madness that is ultra running, at least according to my non running friends.
