Non-Medical Advice on something

Was at the doctor for an std test, all clear thank the Lord, but while there I ran something else by him. Before orgasm and during, and a little bit after, Ive a dull pain in my right testicle. He had a feel and said there was a free floating lump that was normal enough. He basically advised me to spend time having more quality sex..whatever that was supposed to mean. I asked him if there could be a sperm blockage and he said if there was the only way to free it was to cut it out, so we agreed to leave it a few months before going down that route.
The question I want to put to any males out there is have they ever had a similar pain, due to possibly what they thought was a blockage, and can they advise on any home remedies, homeopathic even, that might help. Anything at all. Thanks.

I am not sure that this isnt asking for medical advice TBH... but will play this by ear.

If you are still concerned, go to your doctor again and ask hime what he meant by quality sex?

Such pains should be fullt explored by your gp and the reasons why discounted.

Yes something occurred with me as well, i went and got obvious reasons excluded.
In the end it was placed down to muscle strain with overuse due to the fact i had not initially conditioned the muscles effectively.

if it continues, go back to your GP and ask for further tests

If your involved in rough sports you might get phantom pains also is your testicle rising during sex (which is normal) and if it is you could be bashing off it. Be conscious of where they are during sex and work around it.
