Zombie senses?

So do zombies still have all their senses? Is it because their brains have turned to mush that these senses are only fractionally as sensitive, so for example you'd have to make a really loud noise to attract their attention?

Say if you had a blind zombie, could you sneak past him quite easily so long as you don't make too much noise? If you had a deaf and blind zombie, would he only know you're there if you prodded him?

    Thanks

The same way as anyone else, they're just less dependant on sight - Sounds or smells that we would overlook, they don't... For example, we might be so used to the smell of other people, that we'd overlook it, but a zombie wouldn't.
