I am looking for anyone interested in maybe setting up a team/ club in the Firhouse/Tallaght area. I live in Firhouse and see there is a serious lack of any rugby teams, if any, around these areas. I dont want to join any of the 'bigger clubs' as i feel there is great potential player wise here, that is not tapped into yet.I played for a few years when i was younger for St Marys club but left as there was no where to go after under 16s, and felt like i needed to play again before i get too old!!(27 now). Anyone interested post here. Cheers

Have you thought about Clondalkin or CYM in Terenure or Tallaght Rugby Club in Tallaght? Setting up and club and getting memebers and getting accepted into branch competitions is not an easy process.

Come and play for tallaght. We train in the postal club in kiltipper every tuesday and thursday at 7. New players always welcome, we have people who've played for years, and players who never played before.

Strange that you've never heard of us, the IRFU tallaght project started over 8 years ago, and the club is a product of this. There was a big recruitment drive this year and we have been keeping a fairly high profile in local newspapers.

Because there's no chance at all that there are gay men, on any other team, in the entire country apart from the Emerald Warriors?
