I know a few people here have been using this for a while now.

I am processing some shots from a shoot today, it was indoors with flash.

What is the best way to use this to remove ISO 800 noise?

If you have Lightroom then this will do it for you pretty well. I tried noise ninja but I find LR better.

How do you remove noise in lightroom?

I have LR 2.0 so not too sure about LR 1.4

Open the develop module and on the right hand panel, in the Detail section you have three sections. Sharpening, Noise Reduction and Chromatic Aberration. Use the Luminance and Colour sliders to reduce the Noise.

DXO Optics is another good program for removing noise automatically ... but I have to ask the question no one else has asked yet ... why were you shooting with a flash at iso 800?
