I hope someone can help me with this.

If you look at this page you will see a little box at the top of the screen which is asking for people's feedback.

Since adding this box, I've noticed (sometimes, depends on the screen resolution and browser) that the Dole image and the textbox become unclickable. When I remove the box they return to normal.

Can anyone think of anything which might be causing this?
