What would you charge as a VAT on selling a subscription or one off access to a site potentially hosted in US ?

I have downloaded so many forms, asked accountant who will get back at some time.......

    Any help?

VAT Rate on subscriptions would normally be 21%. I believe if you are operating business in Ireland, the revenue would treat this as a supply in Ireland. However if you are under certain trading limits you would not have to register for VAT and therefore not charge it.
