eircom support email addresses

Howye All, what are eircom's support email addresses ?. Can't seem to find them on their site (not surprised :rolleyes: ). I'm guessing broadbandsupport (at) eircom.net or similar. My webspace quota should be 100 Mb now since their big overhaul, but it seems to be stuck at 10Mb still.. and I aint goin to waste time ringing…
