    ive thrown over 100 euro worth of headsets in the bin

    I have my new bowman in the reliable hands of richie and dar to try get it working and ive every faith they will

    yeah saw your thread, its an easy enough solder job.
    ive got the throat mic off gadget infinity, its durable, clear, comfortable and i used at every skirmish at gtac its great and cost **** all :D

    Actually, this stuff might be useful to you, since I know the bowman headset uses a mini-din connector to go to the radio : http://www.gadgetinfinity.com/home.php?cat=286

    GI is pretty good, been looking for a reasonable price for a plus-sized throat mic, since the cheap ebay one I have is trying to strangle my giant-sized neck.
