Automatic Electricity Failover solution?

I couldn't find a better forum to drop this into, so appologies if it's misplaced.

At work I'm looking at the viability of implementing an automatic failover for the building to a diesel generator. It's a 3 story building with around 30 PCs and a Comms room. The servers in the Comms room are all hooked up to a UPS, which would provide enough power to have them all shut down safely, but not to keep the building operational in the event of a powercut.

Any ideas on where to start? My google skills haven't provided me with any successful results so I'm really just looking for the names of 1 or 2 companies who can implement this kind of solution.

    Thanks in advance :)

you need an automatic trasfer switch - this will detect the loss of power in the incoming supply and then output a signal to start the diesel generator and then switch from the utility supply to the gennerator via a break before make switch.
info on these should be easily available on the web

Change over panels, Most panels / controls shops will do these.
Shop around to get a good price.
