Yo, I'm gonna pick up a Macbook for remote/location recording duties.
I'm primarily looking for a good deal, so 2nd hand or new is fine.
    Where's good to look?

Jigsaw24 and Macwarehouse don't seem to have anything for less than about €850 new - is that the going rate?
Where's good to hunt out a 2nd hand deal?

where are you based? I got mine in Limerick in Compu B on Henry Street...it is a tiny shop but it's the main headquarters for Mac in Ireland. So I read anyway...

They do 2nd hand ones in pretty good nick...I got mine new and with a student discount, I got €70 off...
