those of you who have played on irish eyes will know that when you lodge money it goes into a cashier ac. when you would like to play poker you have to transfer it to your poker ac. which is fine. now half an hour ago i went to transfer 300 euro from my poker ac to my cashier ac. the 300 euro quite literally vanished!! my poker ac was minus the money but my cashier was not plus the money.

i emailed irisheyes right away about it and after 20 minutes the money was back in my ac. no explanation or anything!! this does not seem normal to me. now can somebody who might have experience in this field please explain to me what has just happened and should i be worried about using this site in the future??

You caught them out before they got away with it, thats what happened.

    Sounds quite dodgy.

Never heard of the like of it, sounds dodgy to me alright.

If I were you I'd email them again and ask what happened to it, it's your money, you are entitled to an explanation.

Technical issues like this are not uncommon for online gaming sites - especially if they are part of a network.

Funds are being transferred from one company to another (skin to network and vice versa) and due to various reasons could become "stuck" between the two. Reports would generally be run and issues resolved but obviously if you notice an issue you should always contact the site straight away to resolve it.

Poker funds can get stuck in translation from time to time. it usually happens at times of outage or disconnection. When you emailed them they probably unstuck them manually . Usually they clear them after a while anyways

I don't think the sites themselves are responsible. They rely on a backbone of staff working for the Entraction network who don't seem to be the best at what thy do. I had a new account locked out and their security dept. emailed me to say I had 3 accounts and had to chose only one of them to play on.

I had to inform them that these accounts were on different skins.

Quite a few people need to get fired me thinks.
