Can't connect to Itunes Store

    Looking for some help please. For the last few weeks I have been unable to connect to the itunes store from my itunes. I have tried all I can - as i am no computer wizz... I have checked my windows firewall and itunes is not blocked. I have updated my version of itunes too.. The apple site is of no help unless you have an IT degree. I would be delighted if anyone had any suggestions for me. By the way my laptop is Dell and I have Windows Vista. My security is through AVG.

    I recently got myself a Dell XPS and had the same problems connecting. I was trying to do it over the WiFi at first, then I popped a cable in and connect up Authorized the computer and it connected fine. Since then I can connect no problem, by WiFi or Cable.
