Sky HD box downloading recordings?

    As the title says just wondering if its possible to remove or copy recordings from a HD box on to a external hard drive,disc or anything.

    Best you can do is to play the program and record it via the scart..

    That only seems to allow you to do a complete disk to disk backup though. Still won't let you back recordings up to DVD etc by the look of it.

    Still, useful if you were upgrading the hard disk, or had a disk on the way out.
