So has anyone else ever felt like lifes is just slipping through their fingers? here I am sat at home, jobless and lonely, stuck in a relationship that I hate with a girl whos more of
    a companion than a partner.
wantonly, ive spent yet another day on the internet, addicted to the emptyworld of wrestling news sites and forums, having pointless fights with people i dont even know but love bullying,
reading the riot act to and making myself feel pompous and superior.
a thought keeps entering my head:lifes just so meaningless
virtually evryone i know i feel secretly laughs at me and hates me
emptiness overwhelms me:all i have to keep me from going insane today are UFC DVD's.
nothing is in my head only that i feel utterly hollow and unwanted

Why are you watching UFC DVDs and wrestling? Why not actually take up the sport for yourself? It would do you good to undertake some physical activity.

Sounds like proper depression to me there dude; I only really have 2 suggestions - try new things (like dudara suggested - take up mma or some martial art, that generally keeps my brain fairly involved & if I get depressed just train through it) or see a phsychiatrist.. I know those seem like cop out answers - I was depressed before myself and doing both of those things helped immensly, have been of fairly sound mind for about 5 years now happily :)

If you've got time on your hands then you should do a degree course. Either sign up for a college or use the Open University.

A degree in Psychology or Social Work would probably suit you and you could help people who are in the situation you now find yourself in. It only takes a few years and it'll set you up nicely.

I smell a troll, mainly because why would anyone *want* to feel pompus in the first place? Anyway if i'm wrong here are the solutions.

Get a job, there's loads out there
Get out of your sh*t relationship, most of us have been there
    Get out more, period.

Oh, and on top of that, stop feeling so damn sorry for yourself. :)

I smell something not quite right here so I'm closing this. If the OP wants to PM me in confidence with some background I will reopen it.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
