Anyone know where I could get one of these?

Been doing some research / disassembly (:o) and this is what's borked with my panny. Since I've plenty of lamp life left, I thought it might be worth checking out how much a replacement would be these days but I'm finding it difficult to source.

Check this out. This seems to be a regular problem with Panni Projectors...

Another benifit of DLP over LCD projectors. DLP technology will last up to 5 times longer than LCD but not normally a major issue for home theatre projectors. Unless your a daily user.

Hmmmm. I think it's a new projector then. Thanks lads. Yeah, I'm a daily user. We don't have a TV. :) Ditched it in favour of the projector which I have hooked up to a HTPC with mythtv on it. NYOM!

edit: I hear there are LED based projectors coming out towards the end of the year (60,000 hour lamp life!!) with sealed optical blocks. I may wait for one of these, putting up with the yellow blob in the middle of my screen.
