    Does anyone know of a good application to use to insert PDF pages into another PDF document ?

    You need to get Adobe Acrobat standard or professional to insert or delete pages. Standard is around €300, Professional is around €600.

    You can download 30 day trials from the adobe website. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatstd/

    Although i got Adobe acrobat standard free with a scanner that i bought recently.
