Aer Lingus sale

I see Aer Lingus are having a joke seat sale, claiming they will pay the fare if you pay the taxes, which of course they refuse to break down and justify.

Yet another failure of the advertising regulator to stop this menace.

4 days my e-mail says, not much is left already so I'd expect this is just to try to boost sales as most seats aren't available for free.

i tried to get that Dyflin and they lie !

one of the lads say that there are only a limited amount of seats available on those flights.
so i tried to go from dublin-->rome, and was charged the full amount. is this right ?

Correct.
Its only the return flights from a list of selected destinations, that are free. The outward flights you have to pay whatever the going rate is for. Its still reasonable enough all things considered (esp. if you're not too fond of being treated like cattle!)

But the offer ended yesterday.. did you just try today?
