    What an absolute classic ...

    I'm reading it for the 3rd time, I read it when I was 15,21 and now at 30 ...

    so well written ... the character development is amazing... it is like you know the main characters (even the side characters) really well.

    Let's discuss all things IT ... and related ...

    I'm on chap 6 .., for me the book really gets going with PART 2 - JUNE of '58 ...

    The structure as well is amazing ... the way he puts a history of the town "DERRY the -- Interlude" between each major sections ... keeps it so interesting changing the time/character...

    edit -- this post hasn't quite taken off as I would have liked !!
