You are free to advertise your own house/flat/apartment/roomshare etc. You are not entitled to do it commercially (i.e. if you have 3 houses you cannot advertise here- if you have one, its acceptable.......) No estate agents, auctioneers or industry bodies are allowed advertise or issue statements here.
