    I'll try get straight to the point,

    I was stoped by the garda, they checked for licence and insurance and that was alrite but he must of told me to produce in a local garda station but i cant remember, but anyway i got a summons,

    I have insurance and i have the papers, my court date is at half 10 on a tuesday and i have a test for my apprentership on that day aswell at half one,

    I am just wondeing is there anything i can do about this or will it take long in the court

    I've never been to court before

    The court is in meath

    Everyones time in court is at 1030.

    Ask on the legal forum, you may be able to send a solicitor instead, or go to your garda station and ask can they get it moved.

    YOu would have gotten your summons a month or so ago, why did you wait until not to try and sort this?

    Can you move the apprenticeship test?

    maybe a solicitor can represent you. check up on the penalty points/ driving offences website (penaltypoints.ie) to see if its a mandatory court appearance.
