Athlone Skatepark??

    i've looked all over the internet and i cant find any proof thAt there is a skatepark in athlone or not?? does anybody know if its open/built or anything, i have relatives in athlone and i really wanna go skate there if its open! if you could post some pics of it that would be great!!

    I can confirm for you that there is a skateboard in the town! Defo. Its at the regional sports centre and was only opened up there a while ago.

    nice one, is der ne price to get in or nething 4 it?? do u no if you have to wear pads and helmets or watever?

    Of course you have to wear all the saftey gear. this day and age they won't take the risk of being sued, I don't know if you have to pay down there but be warned it dose be packed to the point that it is almost unuseable and I don't think the lights are working yet.
