Sourcing unwanted PCs / components

I'm trying to assemble / collect 30 PCs for a classroom environment. They don't need to be powerful at all as they will be thin clients. I have heard of universities and businesses dumping computers from time to time. Does anyone know of a place I can look for unwanted machines?

If and when they do dump them the hard drives almost always taken out.

I only want them as thin clients anyway so that's perfect.

I know my company and a few others in the past gave to charity(schools etc). But now most big companys/univeristys lease their machines.
