All my 3rd party apps keep crashing after 2 seconds of starting them, any idea what could be causing this? I have 2.1.1 firmware.

have you tried turning it off and on again ;)

ie, full power off (holding power button until you are prompted to power off)

Funnily enough, the iPod Touch can be sorted out with the classic "did you try rebooting?" approach quite often, so it actually is the first thing to ask :).

Try deleting them from the phone and re-synching them, that has also worked for some people (assuming App Store apps). Or are we talking about Cydia/Installer ones?

I have been seeing the same problem with my i touch... a royal pain:mad:

Try exhausting the battery completely before connecting it to your computer & synching, this has worked for me!

I have also noticed that after downloading a different application from the itunes store, the problem resolves itself for a while...
