Howdy all. Recently enough i've had a problem with the speed of my zalman 9700 fan.Sometimes the fan on it doesn't even start....i can see it trying to but it doesn't get enough juice, sometimes it runs fine and then every so often it speeds up considerably. At the higher speed its quite audible and annoying. It never used to to this.
    Ive a ds3r gigabyte mobo.
Any advice appreciated. Also if you need any other info let me know.Thx.
