    Main Match & Open Match
    Sunday October 19th, 2008.

    Ballyhoura Rifle & Pistol Club, Kilfinnane, Co. Limerick.

    Prior entry is required and entries are limited to 40.
    Main match €25, Open match €15. €35 if entering both.
    World Association 1500 rules apply.

    Main Match is a 150 shot match fired between 10m and 50m.

    open class revolver;

    a revolver chambered to fire centerfire cartridges .32 or larger.
    If the revolver has single action capacity, the s.a. trigger pull must be at least 2,5 pounds (1134 grams) Open sights only!

    open class semi-auto-pistol

    Center-fire-pistols of caliber .35 or larger, including 9mm and .45 pistols.
    Trigger pull at least 3,5 pounds(1589 grams) Open sights only!

    no external or internal modifications may be made that would render the firearm less safe than originally designed by the manufacturer. All standard safety features of the firearm must work properly.

    Open Match is a 60 shot match fired between 10m and 50m.

    Open class pistol or revolver - electronic sights, red dots etc. may be used (as far as allowed by law).

    Anyone without proper equipment, including sufficient magazines, speedloaders & pouches, will not be allowed to shoot.

    Anyone who shows unsafe handling or excessively poor accuracy, as determined by the range officer, will be disqualified immediately.
