TV card on USB?

    I'm looking at getting a TV Card for a laptop.
    Initially was looking at a PCMCIA device, but now i see they also make them with a USB interface.
    Has anybody tried that, and could you recommend one?
    I was looking at this one:

    I'm just watching TV via NTL thru a cable, and also the terrestial channels, so is that DVB-T?
