    i switched to utv (broadband and phone) last feburary, i had a nightmare with them over the broadband at the start so i cancelled the broadband and kept the phone with them, they charged me for cancelling the broadband at the time! my question is if i change to another phone provider now will they hit me with another cancellation charge?
