    Hi,

Studying this subject at the minute and with 6 weeks to go, was wondering am I going the right direction.

I have covered up to the end of the Law of Contract chapter and am familiar with all the questions (according to BPP and past papers) to do with all so far.

With all the cases, is it necessary to learn every single cases for each point (Exceptions to Privity Rule, Exceptions to Past Consideration etc)?

I hope that I am ok so far, or should I be further on? How is everyone else getting on.

Sorry should of mentioned, that I am doing home study so am not in contact with any lecturer or tutor to keep me in tow.

    Thanks

The facts and the logic applied are moe important than the name of the case.

its not a matter of reaming off loads of case names, one or two or the more important ones are enough as long as they are relevant and you know why the court reached that decision.

Defo agree. If you can convey that you understand it then you should be ok. Solomon vs Solomon would one of the more important cases. (I still remember it :D)
