What difference does that make? I rarely watch anything outside of WWE. I'm not here to try and pretend i know everything about everything. I don't go hunting down all the random little independent promotions scattered around the world. I just watch WWE and get on with it.

But just because someone asked about CZW doesn't mean you have to somehow think you're better than them because you don't like it.

Personally i've never cared about CZW, But if i can't help the guy with his question, I'm not gonna post in the thread telling him that CZW isn't noteworthy.

Which is in fact true if you read dez_warlock post about cage of death. The implication of saying that is three years ago they were a noteworthy company.

My point is that your post wasn't needed. You didn't need to come in here and run down CZW because someone was interested in seeing it again.

I just read the "Hulk Hogans Celebrity Championship Wrestling" thread, but i didn't post in it because i can't contribute anything to it at all.

Its like if someone made a thread saying "Does anyone know if TNA do events outside of orlando? or are they always in there?" and someone replies with "TNA sucks". Its just pointless. It doesn't help anyone.

Yeah I used to think the same but the Best of the Best series have some great matches. Some great high flying matches too, definitely worth checking out some of them.

Eventhough the company is synonymise with that stuff, the vast minority of shows have that stuff on them. Like the rest of the promotion the Best of the Bests have dipped in quality like the rest of the promotion.

What are you getting so worked up about KKV? Leave it be. The OP asked about the current state of CZW and rovert said that it's not as good as it used to be. That is the general consensus, there's no point in arguing about that. If you have a problem with the way rovert worded it, I can't help you. He's done nothing wrong

gimmick, there was some tag tournament in CZW that I remember being very good. Not hardcore stuff. I think Steen & Generico went far in it

CZW was good early 2000 era when everyone was looking for the next big hardcore stunt matches.

Seeing as ECW was kinda gone and Jackass had dominated television.

I like seeing what them crazy redneck hillbillies in the tournament of deaths do to each other;
Correct me if im wrong, but did i once see a table with sharpened pencils sticking up out of it in one match?

Yeah that actually happened! Looked painful too. The fans bring the weapons matches usually have some crazy weapons too.

I remember one of the sickest things I saw was a beer bottle with thumbtacks glued on all around it and when it was used it didn't even break, it just got embedded in Necrobutchers (i think!) skull! I've even seen a computer used as a weapon in it! Crazy stuff!

Is your mask on too tight. Once again let me explain this to you the implication of what I wrote was that CZW was way better three years ago, not one person in this thread has disagreed with me. I also defended CZW saying it isnt really a garage promotion and I put over the Best of Bests of years prior. If that is not positive and helpful I dont know what is.

Oh come on! KKV got offended because the facts spoke for themselves! It's a discussion forum, if KKV wants to go off on a huff because he managed to get the last word in and still came out on the losing end, then that's his decision. I had no problems with the guy, I still don't. In fact we got into great banter on PM on the week that we were both banned for MCD discussion.

But he's being a bit oversensitive on the issue here, sorry but it had to be said.
