Hello peoples, was browsing the forums and thought it might be relevant to put a link to a trip around the world I did 2006 - 2007, http://www.lifeintherain.com/?page_id=82, via south america, new zeland, australia, south east asia and japan. Hope this is of some interest or help.

    Hey there,

I am also going travelling hopefully this year. I read the blog too, ver interesting to find out how others did it alone.... The fear is in me tough doing it alone, but it needs to be done.

Have you any tips on destinations and how much you would recommend taking for 6 or 12 months traveling. I am planning on traveling around for a while and then hoping to settle someplace.

    Any tips would be appreciated

Your photos of Japan really make me want to go back there. Wonderful country.
