    Hi all

I've a huge stack of DVDs sitting on my shelf beside me. What I'd like to do is :

    1) Add some disk(s) to my PC system - internal or external (pluggable)
    2) Rip everything onto these disks
    3) Set up some sort of networked box in the living room which I can use to stream to.

I know one possibility would be to get an AppleTV box, get some software to let me rip to the appropriate format, import to iTunes and run the whole thing that way.

Are there any alternate / better options out there?

I'm not looking to spend a fortune, if I can avoid it :)

For the record, I'm also not interested in a PS3 as my streaming box.
