enter button problem

excuse me if this is the incorrect form. but basically, i use an online version of instant messenger but recently, then i click enter to send the message, the cursor just goes to the next line, therefore i can't type anything as there is no send button! i did just install internet explorer 8? could that have been the…

IE8 is in Beta - dont expect many websites to work with it yet. Do you experience this problem in another browser such as Firefox, or when typing in word or notepad?

You can switch to IE 7 Emulation in IE8 can't ya? Try that
