R4 3 Upgrade card

i bought this card under the pretence that i was buying an r4hc card, can anyone give me some information on the r4 3 upgrade cards, are they hc compatible, are they genunine and what software do they run on, is it the same software as the r4hc's run on? Any help lads would be great

Did you get a disc in the box with the card?

I got some of these and they work fine, once you install the software that comes with them
