    The VAT rate has increased by .5% so the maximum possible to charge in Euro currency is 1 cent for every €2 toll, I'd imagine they will just leave it as is because they will have to then accept copper coins which will be a nightmare and the machines will need to be recaliberated.

    State tolls are VAT exempt and will not be effected by the VAT increase. However the .08 hike will only add to the confusion to the current already rounded off figures of €2 €2.50 and €3.00 It will now mean that you will need a calculator when you have to sort through all those invoices :rolleyes:
