sky hd box issues

hi all i got sky hd last week and have a few issues maybe someone can shine some light on them for me.

first i dont have sky anytime it is susposed to be in the planner and them push red but red is for the hd channles. ran sky and some person with no english told me that it will come in time ????

second last night while looking at tv we lost all channels and it came up technical error so i just turned it off

went to try it this morning and now the box wont turn back on from stby from the first time i turned it on i have had issues with it powering up from stby it could take 10 mins before it came on but now it will not power up at all.

i have tried plugging it out and waiting but no joy.

should i demand a new box and will the give me one.

also as i have lost some of my first month Free can i demand the extend the offer or if i treaten to leave will the try to keep me sweet.

what do people think and yes it is a thompson HD box

Make sure anytime is turned on in services. Programmes will take a couple of days to download. Sounds like maybe they gave you a refurbished box. Call them up and tell them you want a new box. Ask them for a pace box if they have them, usually more reliable.
