There is no mention of MPEG4 on the official page for this product so you'd have to assume is only capable of MPEG2 decoding.

The Irish Digital Terrestrial TV service will use the MPEG4 codec for video, so any hardware which wants to view these broadcast must be MPEG4 capable.

Depending on where you live, the above device MAY pick up the 4 Irish channels, you will get sound but you will not get any video.
