    Hi

I am currently building my house and the kitchen is ready for tiling. The only problem in ESB has not been connected yet and my heating is not on. I have under floor heating all over and is it ok to tile a room before turning on the heating
    Regards Sean

IMO turn on the heating very slowly and build up over time to normal temp. There may be cracks as the slab or screen dries out.
Turn off UFH when tiling floor.

As RKQ said a slow gradual build up of temp should be fine but leave the tiling as long as you can to allow for a reasonable drying out of the floors.
