I'm in the process of getting a Digi 002 repaired for a customer of ours.
The process is a right Load of Ball-Ox !!

Make SURE you register your Digi Products or there's a whole heap of pain awaiting you if something goes wrong.

I asked what's the situation on secondhand stuff and the answer is -

"Second hand equipment has to go through a transfer of ownership process.
A form is filled out and signed by both parties (seller and buyer).

    Buyer Beware!!

I've had plenty do DD stuff. Only had to get a small job done on a mbox and found them no problem. Of course you gotta have you stuff registered in your name but the again not many companies have transferable warrantys on there gear.
