Sat box and airport security

I'll be in London next week and was wondering if anyone has previous experience of bringing back a freesat box on the plane.

My concern is that airport security people would have an issue with it even if its in my hand luggage. They'd be well used to seeing laptops, ipods and cameras but would a slightly unusual thing like a sat box be a no no these days?

Why should it be a problem?
I travel all over Europe and usually I'd bring home a sat box or two. Never had any trouble, not even with the english.

Was actually thinking of doing the same in a few weeks.

I've brought much stranger things through, including once a dish as hand luggage.

As long as it's not liquid or got sharp pointy bits.

Brought one through Dublin to Murcia on Monday with no problems. Also had an Archos with the DVR Station, numerous av cables, spare battery's and a phone charger. No one batted an eyelid so you should be fine.
