A Story:

My girlfriend does not play the guitar, or any instrument for that matter, but i think living under the same roof as me has changed her. She used to be baffled at the amount that I would part with in an instant, and wonder why i would sell one amp for another one "They are all the same anyway". That was all until recently when i said: (while trying to make an excuse for spending another few hundred on a bass)

"I think that ill buy a Mexican Fender bass towards the end of the year as a backup" to which she replied quite angrily "what? are you crazy, why not just wait one more month and buy another american one. They sound way better anyway??!?"

Secondly, there is no known cure for GAS. So prevention is better than cure, but it's too late for me man. I'm done for........

There is a cure, its called unemployment and crippling debt!!

I want sooo much stuff but there's no way in hell I can get it. Boggo RG will have to be restrung for now! Okay it's not quite boggo, but not prestige!

Valve amp (Engl or maybe Mesa)
Digitech Whammy
Some form of true bypass Wah (or two together for megaWah)
An array of modulation pedals.

The list goes on, and now that I've started thinking about it, and the lack of funds, I'm glad I have a beer to hand.
