Yeah, I got a tad embarrassed when I bent down to pick it up while giving a tour to a group of students there recently - you'd think I'd have known better by now. :P

Haha I fell for it too. Didn't bend over to pick it up though, just tried kicking it over towards the little ledge. Hoping to pick it up on the sly!

haha :D How long did ye spend trying to pick it up? :p

    *45 minutes later*
"Okay that's definitely glued down "

I went for the kick method myself. When it didnt work once I tried again... :o

Funny thing was as I was going over I said to my mate
    "Imagine it was glued down...."

I have 6 hours of lectures tomorrow, 11-5 without pause. After this horrific attack on my health and sanity I shall go find this famous coin and record the scene...

I can only imagine the ruckus that glueing a laminated fiver down would cause. :D
