    Hi all,

Has anyone any experience with this cycle trainer?

    http://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=T1850

or for that matter cycle trainers in general - as dark evenings approaches its becoming more and more difficult to get out during the week so was looking for an alternative without having to go to a gym...or buy a proper cycle machine

    cheers...

Cycling indoors is not particularly fun, but probably more fun than any other indoor aerobic equipment.

Trainers stress the bike frame differently to normal riding, which may be a consideration if you have some fancy superlight carbon job.

I have a turbo trainer in the attic if you want to borrow it (based in Dublin). It was pretty decent spec about 10 years ago. I used it one winter but haven't since.
