System restore to back before you deleted.

    Well,

Assuming you are using XP (you never specified)

biutddok.dll has nothing to do with Windows & is more than likely associated with some software program you have or had previously installed on your system.

It's even possible that it could be Malware associated (but unlikely).

If your system is functioning fine other than the initial error pop up at startup & you know off no 3rd party program failing to run because of it's failure to locate the biutddok.dll file? then it is more than likely just a trace left behind in the Registry from something you have uninstalled or deleted.

Check out the startup services in your msconfig file & see if you can find any entry relating to it & if you do? just uncheck it. (you will receive a notification on your next restart that you have made a change but just tell it to not notify you in further).

    START
    RUN
    msconfig
    OK
