Ok just looking for your opinions on this.

I seen a fone over on adverts.ie for sale it was a nokia 6120 so i left a message on the thread asking if it was still available, and because the add was a few days old and down the list a bit so i sent a PM aswell asking the same and for some pics of the fone.
So the seller then asked me for my email to send the pics, and sent a photo of the fone so then eventually we settle on a deal thru email back and forth
And i pay her through paypal €65.
So anyway im happy enough then she tells me she'll post the fone the next morning (today) and i left it at that.
Then this morning i have a look over on adverts and there she had set up another ad for the same fone for €40 i couldn't believe it. And shes posting comments there trying to sell the fone again.
So im obviously a bit concerned and ask her wat the story is and get no response and have followed that up with emails and PMs but nothing back she's completly ignoring me.
I know i should of made the deal on the thread on adverts im rageing i didnt but from the looks of things shes up €65 and i end up with nothing.

Anyone else have a similar experience that could advise me what to do. Would it be worth my while getting in touch with paypal about it maybe in a couple of days?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Start a dispute in Paypal's Resolution Centre. If she doesn't respond to that, then escalate it to a claim.

well thats what i was hoping aswell but i donk think they do. The way they're completly ignoring me since they got the money is very suspicious.
And someone got in touch with me and told me that this seller has been asking them through PM's do they want to buy this fone just today.
So theres definatly something dodgy here.

Dispute and claim right now. If that doesn't get a response then it's definitely a scam.
